He built HavenBridge's marketing infrastructure, lead funnel architecture, and agent onboarding and training programs — including the Seven Figure Solution framework that equips agents to deliver sophisticated tax elimination and retirement income strategies to high-income executives and business owners.

Alongside his founder role, Josh produces as an agent, bringing 25+ years of B2B sales leadership experience to client relationships.
